She is passionate about developing strong fundamental skills, educating each athlete to enhance their individual lacrosse IQ, and working alongside each athlete to build life ski

McKenna Sato is a dedicated and knowledgeable lacrosse coach with over 4 years of coaching experience from the youth level to Collegiate Club Lacrosse. She is passionate about developing strong fundamental skills, educating each athlete to enhance their individual lacrosse IQ, and working alongside each athlete to build life skills through the game of lacrosse.
Prior to coaching, McKenna played lacrosse from her high school through her collegiate years. To include Eagle High School, Sawtooth Club Lacrosse, and University of Idaho Women’s Club Lacrosse. She brings an extensive knowledge about the game with a focus on goalie, attack, and defense. She is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential and is looking forward to coaching Timberline High School Women’s Lacrosse.

Charlotte Knuth is a dedicated lacrosse coach with over three years of experience coaching at multiple levels, from youth programs to collegiate club teams. She is passionate about building confidence in young athletes—both on and off the field—while fostering respectful, trusting relationships with every player. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes strengthening fundamentals, developing lacrosse IQ, and encouraging athletes to push toward their full potential.
Before stepping into coaching, Charlotte played lacrosse through her youth and high school years, competing with Eagle High School Lacrosse, All Idaho Club Lacrosse, and the High School National Women’s Lacrosse Team. With her extensive knowledge of the game, particularly in defensive play, she brings both skill and strategic insight to her athletes.
Charlotte is excited to bring her energy, experience, and commitment to Timberline High School Women’s Lacrosse, where she looks forward to helping athletes grow as players and as individuals.
